Parfait specialty store featuring seasonal fruit as the star of the show

Delicious from start to finish! is the concept behind this parfait specialty store, which uses an abundance of seasonal fruits directly from Okayama and other production areas. The store, which started in Minami-Senba in 2022, took the opening of its new location in Nanonowa as an opportunity to start offering a lunch menu. The menu has been upgraded to include muffins, quiches, and other meal items that can be enjoyed as a set with seasonal mini parfaits! Also, a full lineup of take-out menu items such as fruit sandwiches and quiche boxes are available.

The patissier and the manager of the restaurant have been pursuing “how to make customers enjoy seasonal fruits” and have carefully devised each parfait through repeated prototyping and tasting. The Citrus Parfait, which can be ordered year-round, is made with grapefruit and other citrus fruits of different varieties as its core flavor, and is layered with 18 layers of fillings such as black tea jelly and d’amande.
